On site assistance

After installation of the BOP application you can choose to start working straight away. We always setup BOP in such a way that the application is ready to use. These standard setup settings are based on our long experience and your demands.

If it appears at any point of the implementation process that you need on site support, we can take care of this. One of our experienced staff members will come at your site. Because of our technical background, extensive experience and solution-oriented approach, we think along with you about the best way to implement BOP into your daily business operation. An important point to these, is that all steps need to be executed well and completely. A roadmap (see example) and securing (PDCA) are proven instruments that we can use if necessary.

Administrative support

The implementation of an application such as BOP involves a large amount of work. Master data need to be entered and a preventive maintenance plan needs to be set up. We can assist you to do this and we can offer you administrative support. One of our employees will come on site to assist you with these activities. The fee we charge for these activities is very attractive and ensures a smooth implementation.

Remote support

Our own organisation is also designed to provide excellent service. This means we are very flexible to meet the availability of our customer. Because we work worldwide we have regularly contact with customers abroad, varying from Asia to Latin America. Consequently, we are used to give support not only within (Dutch) office hours. For remote support we use modern communication such as Skype, TeamViewer, WhatsApp and WeTransfer.

We can support you in Dutch, English and Spanish.
